As part of this research we have built and maintain significant datasets covering key European property markets. We have also developed a number of tools to help property developers, investors and owners evaluate demand, supply and performance both for existing portfolios and potential acquisitions. One of these is the Crossroads model, used to evaluate demand for distribution warehousing for specific sites.

Some of this research is funded by individual clients, some through consortia, set up and managed by RETRI. Typically, access to our data and models is available either through specific consultancy contracts or by annual subscription. Subscriptions
